
48-HOUR CANCELLATION /
LATE POLICY
Your appointment is very important to me. Time is set aside just for you to relax and enjoy. I understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and I request at least 48 hours notice before cancellation, otherwise a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged. A cancellation fee of 100% for no call, no shows of the reserved service(s) amount.
Clients will generally be allowed a 15 minute grace period. After that time, I will call/text to check in on you. If you are unable to make it, you may have to cancel or forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. If I contact you and you are unable to make it within the grace period, you forfeit your appointment and will get charged a no call, no show fee (100%).
Please give me a courtesy call/text even if you think you may late; Iād rather know as early as possible so I can do my best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of the day. If you are unable to make it and cancel within the 48 hour window, a fee of 100% of your appointment will be charged.
Be sure to provide your correct email and/or phone numbers when booking online. Courtesy emails and/or texts will be sent out, unless you choose to opt out. In the event of inclement weather, I will reach out to confirm opening status of the salon prior to your appointment. If you feel unsafe to travel due to weather, please reach out as soon as possible.
If you are a new client and you are a no call, no show, I will not be able to service your future appointments.
